生化型耐温耐盐泡排体系的起泡及稳泡性能评价

摘要 针对低压、高含水天然气井的积液问题,优选出起泡、稳泡性能优良的OPUS-087泡排剂。实验结果表明,OPUS-087在矿化度为7.2×10~4mg/L、温度为90℃时,起泡高度可达77.5mm,起泡性能及耐温耐盐性能良好;在凝析油的质量分数不高于20%时,可以保持起泡性能基本不变,抗凝析油性能良好。生物表面活性剂稳泡体系H19的质量分数为0.03%时,可使OPUS-087泡排剂溶液的起泡高度由77.5 mm提高到100 mm。 In consideration of the problem of fluid accumulation in low pressure and high water content natural gas wells,a foam agent designated OPUS-087 that has good foaming property and foam stability was selected through optimization. The results of experiment have shown that the foam height can be as high as 77. 5 mm when the salinity is 7. 2 × 10~4 mg/L and the temperature is 90 ℃,indicating that the foaming,heat resistance and salinity tolerance properties of OPUS-087 are good. Its foaming property can remain the same on the whole when the mass fraction of condensate is not higher than 20%,indicating that it has good condensate resistance property. The foam height of the solution of Foam Agent OPUS-087 can be increased from 77. 5 mm to 100 mm when 0. 03%( mass fraction) of a biosurfactant foam stability system designated H19 is added to it.
