摘要
为保证区块整体调剖能最大限度提高原油采收率,设计三维非均质物理模型,考察整体调剖方案设计时单井调剖剂用量、井组间调剖剂用量分配、调剖顺序等对调剖效果的影响。结果表明,单井调剖剂用量增加,采收率增加明显;井组间调剖剂用量分配对调剖效果具有一定的影响,建议采取均衡调剖的原则;相邻注水井组调剖时,含水率较低或水窜不明显的井组优先调剖,最终采收率较高;3种因素对提高采收率影响的大小顺序为:调剖剂用量>调剖剂用量分配>调剖顺序。
To maximize oil recovery efficiency through block-wide profile control,a 3 D heterogeneous physical model was designed,and the effects of single-well profile control agent amount,distribution of profile control agent amount among well groups,and the sequence of profile control,etc. as specified in the block-wide profile control scheme design on the effectiveness of profile control were studied. The results of study have shown that oil recovery efficiency was increased substantially after single-well profile control agent amount was increased and the distribution of profile control agent amount among well groups affects the effectiveness of profile control to a certain extent. It is advised that the principle of equilibrium profile control be adopted. The final recovery efficiency is high when profile control is carried out for the well group whose water percentage is low or in which the water channeling is insignificant among several adjacent water injection well groups. The sequence of the effects of the three factors is: profile control agent amount distribution of profile control agent amount sequence of profile control.
