摘要
为满足山西广播电视台九个电视频道字幕播出的需求,筹建了三维网络在线包装字幕系统,实现了全台所有频道资源共享、在线编单、数据安全交换的字幕编播流程,提高了效率和字幕的创作水平。
In order to meet the demand of subtitles broadcasting in nine TV channels of Shanxi Radio and Television Station, a 3D online caption system is constructed, which realizes the subtitle editing and broadcasting including all-channel resource sharing, online edition and secure data exchange. It improves the caption production efficiency and quality.
