Pareto chart analysis of 29 347 cases of emergency patients disease spectrum

目的:了解广东省中医院急诊留观病区近10年患者疾病谱及变化趋势。方法:应用帕累托图对2007-2016年共29 347例留观患者疾病构成进行统计分析。结果:65岁以上老人为急诊留观的主要患者人群(占72.2%);呼吸系统、心血管系统、消化系统、神经系统疾病和肿瘤等为急诊留观患者主要病种,是需要重点急救的疾病种类。结论:急诊留院观察的住院患者疾病种类相对集中,科室应有针对性地优先开展呼吸系统、心血管系统、消化系统、神经系统、肿瘤等疾病救治的医疗技术培训,优化救治流程、合理分配医疗卫生资源;同时,加强亚专科建设,建立老年急危重症的多学科综合救治模式。

Objective：To understand the disease spectrum and trend of patients in the emergency observation department of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine in the last 10 years.Method：Pareto charts were used to analyze the disease composition of 29 347 patients from 2007 to 2016.Result：The elderly aged 65 and above were the main group of patients（72.2%）.Respiratory system,cardiovascular system,digestive system,nervous system disease and tumor are the main diseases among emergency patients,which require critical first aid.Conclusion：The types of emergency patients who were admitted for observation of disease is relatively concentrated.The department should give priority to the training of medical techniques for the treatment of respiratory system,cardiovascular system,digestive system,nervous system,tumor and other diseases,optimize the treatment process and allocate the medical and health resources rationally.At the same time,it is necessary to strengthen sub-professional construction and establish a multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment model for the elderly.
