摘要
大麻是全球滥用范围最为广泛的成瘾物质，大麻所致障碍也在过去的几十年间呈现出与日俱增的态势。使用大麻所致的相关危害已有大量报道，现就大麻的合法化、大麻的药用价值，以及通过何种措施将大麻危害降到最小化等问题进行综述，以期填补研究空缺并为后续大麻相关政策的制订提供理论依据。
Cannabis is the most widely used addictive substance in the world. The dysfunction caused by cannabis has also been increasing day by day in the past decades. The related hazards caused by cannabis have been widely reported. The legalization, medicinal value and the measures to minimized the harm of cannabis are reviewed in this paper, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the development of the related policies for the follow-up of cannabis.
