Research progress on the risk of schizophrenia after traumatic brain injury

已知创伤性脑损伤会引起多种精神障碍的发生，其中创伤性脑损伤与精神分裂症之间的关系仍不明确。现对创伤性脑损伤后精神分裂症发病的风险、影响因素及机制方面的研究进展进行系统综述，进一步明确创伤性脑损伤与精神分裂症的关系，对创伤性脑损伤后精神分裂症的预防、治疗、预后等具有重要意义。

Traumatic brain injury is known to cause a variety of mental disorders, which are closely related to various mental disorders. However, the relationship between traumatic brain injury and schizophrenia remains unclear. This paper reviews the research progress on the risk, influencing factors and mechanisms of schizophrenia after traumatic brain injury, so as to further clarify the relationship between traumatic brain injury and schizophrenia, which is of great significance for prevention, treatment and prognosis of schizophrenia after traumatic brain injury.
