幼儿教师幼儿园集体教学现状研究

A Research about the Collective Teaching of Preschool Teachers in the Kindergarten

摘要 采用观察法对34个集体教学活动的视频录像进行观察编码及分析,研究结果呈现出幼儿园教师在组织集体教学活动中的优势及存在问题,并在此基础上分别对9名幼儿教师、教学园长及教研员进行访谈,从制约集体教学活动的因素和提高教师组织集体教学活动的建议方面展开讨论。
