摘要
直供电旅客列车机车与车底连挂不及时造成车厢内温度不达标,会影响旅客乘车环境的舒适性,因此需对直供电客车及时供电合格率进行考核。通过对广州站直供电客车作业组织现状分析,从站场设备能力、运行图计划、列车运行秩序等3个方面分析车站直供电客车及时供电合格率长期不达标的原因,从加强作业预想、优化作业方式、强化联劳协作等方面提出车站在现有设施设备条件下提升直供电客车及时供电合格率的措施,并在实际运用中取得了较好的效果,可为铁路客运站加强直供电客车作业组织,改善旅客乘车环境,提升旅客服务质量提供参考。
Since the direct power-supplied passenger train locomotive is not coupled with the chassis timely, thetemperature inside compartment cannot meet the specified standard,which affects the passenger riding environment.Therefore,an evaluation is made on the percent of pass of timely direct power supply of passenger trains. By analyz-ing the status quo of direct power-supplied passenger operation organization of the Guangzhou Station,in view ofthree aspects such as station yard equipment capacity,train working diagram drawing and train operation order,theArticle analyses the reason why the percent of pass of time power supply by the direct power-supplied passenger carsat the Station always fails to meet the specified standard. It puts forward measures for improving the percent of pass oftimely power supply by direct power-supplied passenger trains based on the existing facilities and equipment of therailway station,in terms of strengthening work anticipation,optimizing operation modes and strengthening joint la-bor cooperation,etc. The above measures have obtained good effects in practical applications. They can provide ref-erences for strengthening direct power-supplied passenger train operation organization for railway passenger sta-tions,improving the passenger riding environment and promoting the passenger service quality.
