摘要
目的了解天津高校大学生食品安全知识知晓及认知现状对其态度行为的影响,为促进大学生提高食品安全意识,加强食品安全教育提供相关政策依据。方法采用问卷调查方法调查天津市医学及非医学在校大学生278名,应用统计描述、Kruskal-Wallis、多因素Logistic回归等方法对采用数据进行分析。结果天津市大学生食品安全知晓状况普遍较低,地区经济水平、年级等因素对大学生食品安全认知有影响(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归显示,学校类型、年级、是否接触过食品安全知识等因素对大学生食品安全态度行为有影响。结论高校通过团日活动或课堂学习开展学校食品安全知识、竞赛等相关教育活动,可提高学生食品安全意识。应改善学校食堂卫生条件,促进大学生在学习生活中形成良好食品安全健康行为。
Objective To understand the cognition of the knowledge, attitude behavior of food safety among college students in Tianjin and their influence factors, promote their food safety awareness and provide the basis for strengthening food safety. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 278 students from medical and non-medical college in Tianjin. Statisti- cal description, Kruskal-Wallis and multiple logistic regression were adopted to analyze the data. Results Food safety awareness among college students in Tianjin was generally low, regional economic level, grade and other factors had influ- ences on the students' awareness of food safety ( P 〈 0.05 ). Multiple logistic regression showed that school types, grades, whether the contact effect of food safety knowledge and other factors influenced their food safety attitude and behavior. Condusion The activities carried out by the school or classroom or Youth League organization, competitions and other activities related to education of food safety knowledge can improve the students' awareness of food safety. It is necessary to improve the sanitary conditions of school canteens and promote the students to form good health behaviors of food safety in their study and life.
