摘要
职业院校面对不同行业的现代学徒制的实施方式也不尽相同,对于石油行业而言,现代学徒制突出的个体特性表现在不是亦步亦趋的简单模仿,而是在学徒的过程融会贯通。
The implementations of modern apprenticeships of vocational colleges are different in different industries.For the petroleum industry,the prominent individual characteristics of modern apprenticeships are not merely mimicking or simple imitations,but are integration in the apprenticeship process.
