The craftsman＇s spirit has gradually become a hot topic.In order to enhance the rational understanding of the connotation and essence of craftsmanship and fully integrate the craftsman＇s spirit into the teaching of vocational colleges,this paper discusses the importance of cultivating craftsman＇s spirit in vocational schools and the factors that influence the cultivating of craftsman＇s spirit in vocational schools,and puts forward the way to cultivate the craftsman＇s spirit for students in vocational colleges.
