摘要
通过统计分析的具体数据判定出了旅客对于动车组列车服务质量评价指标的满意程度,分析出了影响动车组列车整体服务质量的主要因素,通过数据分析出了旅客服务质量与搭乘意愿的关系,明确了在推荐意愿方面,受到性别与教育程度的影响,在重购意愿上,年龄与月平均收入的不同直接影响着重构意向。
Through the statistical analysis of the specific data,the satisfaction degree of passengers to EMU train service quality evaluation index is determined,and the main factors affecting the overall service quality of EMU trains are analyzed.The relationship between passenger service quality and the willingness to ride are analyzed through data analysis,which clearly defines the impact of gender and education on the willingness to recommend,and on the willingness to repurchase;the difference between age and average monthly income will directly affect the repurchase intention.
