“中国威胁论”与中国文化传播力的建构——以日本媒体的中国报道为例

“China threat” and the construction of cultural communication force——Viewd from the reports of China in Japanese media

21世纪以来的日本媒体的中国报道,呈现出一个以"中国威胁论"为终极目标的趋同意识。为了实现这一目标,无论是政治、经济、军事,不管什么样的中国报道,日本媒体皆通过想象乃至编排中国,营造出一种挑战世界秩序、冲击全球经济、干扰地域格局的"中国威胁论"的氛围。我们需要一方面秉承和平与发展的世界潮流,努力提高自身实力;一方面亦要深刻把脉日本媒体的潜在意图,有力地展开话语批评与形象宣传,加强中国文化传播力的建构。文化传播力的建构应当从创立文化传播中的议程设置能力、培养文化传播中的叙事技能、提升文化传播中的整合传播力等三个方面着手,积极推动媒体宣传,正视来自日本、美国,乃至世界媒体的报道乃至挑衅,正面积极地宣传自己,加强文化传播力的建构,树立起中国在整个世界的大国国家形象与话语权力。

Since 21st century,the reports of China in Japanese media have presented a convergence awareness of"China threat"as the ultimate goal.In order to achieve this goal,all kinds of the reports of China in Japanese media build an atmosphere,by imagination and even fabrication,of"China threat"that China challenges the world order,attacks the global economy and interferes with regional pattern.On the one hand,we need to uphold the world trend of peace and development and strive to improve ourselves.On the one hand,it is also important to grasp the potential intention of Japanese media,to develop discourse criticism and image publicity and to strengthen the construction of China's cultural communication force.The construction should be done from the three aspects:to upgrade the of the ability of agenda setting in cultural communication,to cultivate the narrative skills in cultural communication and to enhance the ability of integrative communication in cultural communication.
