摘要
随着经济全球化和科技进步,学术英语教学与研究在中国蓬勃发展。但是针对普通本科院校中的非英语专业学生开展通用学术英语的教学与研究还处于起步阶段。因此,针对此类学生,从教学目标、教学模式、教学过程和教学评估四个方面构建通用学术英语阅读课程,对于学术英语教学与研究无疑是一次有益的尝试。
With economic globalization and technology improvement, teaching research on English for academic purposes flourishes in China, while such research targeted at non-English major students in the teaching-oriented universities is still in its early stage. Therefore, it may be a beneficial attempt to conduct the curriculum construction research on reading of English for general academic purposes from such dimensions as teaching objectives, teaching models, teaching process and teaching assessment.
