基于“双创”思维的工商管理专业教学改革探索——以安溪茶学院为例

将创新创业教育理念运用到工商管理专业教学改革中已是业界的共识。文章以福建农林大学安溪茶学院工商管理专业为例,通过对本专业当前发展现状的剖析,提出了教师队伍、人才培养方案、实践环节和考核制度等方面存在与"双创"理念相悖的诸多问题,并针对专业教学存在的问题提出较具针对性的对策建议。

Many problems such as quality of teachers, scheme of talent training, practice and examination system have been revealed by status analysis of the major,and then put forward several targeted countermeasures and Suggestions.
