班级是学校活动的基本细胞,是学校教育教学工作的基本单位,与学生学习与发展息息相关。作为高校基层管理最基本的工作单元,班级组织是学生管理和思想政治教育的重要阵地,同时直接关系到学生的教育教学质量,更影响到学生个体的学习生活。网络的使用对于大学生群体的引导和管理同样产生了深刻的影响,传统的直线式、平面式的模式效果已经逐渐不能有效地发挥作用。因此,在互联网时代如何进一步优化资源配置,重塑班级组织活力,推进大学生日常管理与思想政治教育工作的有效融合将具有重要的研究意义。

As the main part of the college management, class is the basic unit in the campus which is highly relevant with students. Also, classes are the most important way to implement ideological education. It is better to optimize the resources to rebuild the effective value of class organizations which will be practical to combine management and ideological education for college students.
