骨伤方联合手法整复治疗桡尺骨双骨折37例

Gushang receipt combined with manipulative reduction in the treatment of double fracture of radius and ulna in 37 cases

目的研究分析桡尺骨双骨折患者在常规手法整复治疗的基础上联合骨伤方治疗的效果。方法 74例桡尺骨双骨折患者,采用数字随机法分为对照组与观察组,每组37例。对照组患者采用手法整复治疗,观察组患者在此基础上联合骨伤方治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组肿胀治疗总有效率91.89%高于对照组的70.27%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3、5 d观察组VAS评分均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论桡尺骨双骨折患者采用常规的手法整复治疗联合中医药的骨伤方进行治疗,可有效缓解患者的疼痛,肿胀消除情况较好,值得临床推广。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of Gushang receipt combined with conventional manipulative reduction in the treatment of double fracture of radius and ulna.Methods A total of 74 patients with double fracture of radius and ulna were divided by digital random method into control group and observation group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with manipulative reduction,and the observation group was also treated with Gushang receipt.The treatment effect in two groups was compared.Results The observation group had higher total effective rate of swelling therapy as 91.89% than 70.27% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Before treatment,both groups had no statistically significant difference in visual analogue scale（VAS）score（P〉0.05）.After 3 and 5 d of treatment,the observation group had lower VAS score than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Both groups had no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between during treatment（P〉0.05）.Conclusion For patients with double fracture of radius and ulna,combination of conventional manipulative reduction and traditional Chinese medicine Gushang receipt can effectively relieve pain and swelling of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
