综合护理干预在老年性痴呆症中的应用

Application of comprehensive nursing intervention in Alzheimer's disease

目的评估综合护理干预对老年痴呆症患者生活质量的影响。方法 80例老年痴呆症患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。对照组应用常规护理干预,研究组应用综合护理干预。比较两组患者护理前后精神状态、生活能力、生命质量评分。结果护理前,两组患者简易精神量表(MMSE)、生活能力量表(ADL)、老年痴呆症生命质量量表(QOL-AD)评分比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.321、0.809、0.503,P>0.05)。护理后,研究组患者MMSE、QOL-AD评分高于对照组,ADL评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=4.215、2.220、4.104,P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可改善老年痴呆症患者的精神状态,提高患者日常生活能力和生命质量。

Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with Alzheimer＇s disease.Methods A total of 80 patients with Alzheimer＇s disease were randomly divided into research group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the research group received comprehensive nursing intervention.Comparison were made on mental status,life ability,and quality of life before and after nursing between the two groups.Results Before nursing,both groups had no statistically significant difference in mini-mental state examination（MMSE）,activities of daily life（ADL）and quality of life-Alzheimer＇s disease（QOL-AD）score（t=0.321,0.809,0.503,P〉0.05）.After nursing,the research group had higher MMSE and QOL-AD score than the control group,and lower ADL score than the control group.Their difference was statistically significant（t=4.215,2.220,4.104,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the mental status of patients with Alzheimer＇s disease and improve their ability of daily life and quality of life.
