摘要
文章首先对《新媒体联盟地平线报告:2017基础教育版》的背景和核心内容深入分析,并探讨了未来五年基础教育在技术规划和决策领域将面临的6个关键趋势、6个重要挑战和6项重要技术进展。最后,文章提出辩证看待《报告》、积极而又审慎采用新兴技术、反思重塑教师角色和促进教师职业发展、积极探索自适应学习技术、推动移动学习应用、积极探索物联网技术、促进人工智能技术应用等建议。
This paper analyzed the background and core contents of NMC Horizon Report:2017 K-12-Edition.Moreover,it reveals the six dominating trends,main challenges and noticeable progresses in technology planning and decision-making that basic education will meet in the next five years.In the end,dialectical attitudes towards Horizon Report and a series of proposals have been discussed,such as employing emerging technology zealously and prudently,redefining teachers' roles and promoting professional development reflectively,exploring adaption to technology actively,stepping forward the application of automatic learning,studying the IOT positively and accelerating the application of artificial intelligence.
