基于工作坊的混合式研修中教师学习现状及支持对策研究 被引量:24

Research on the Current Situation of Teachers' Learning and Support Strategies in the Workshop Based Hybrid Study

摘要 基于工作坊的混合式研修已成为当前推动教师学习与专业发展的重要研修方式,教师在工作坊中学习现状如何?本文以56个工作坊中的381名教师作为研究对象,通过问卷调查、访谈及教师学习数据分析等实证研究方法,对教师在工作坊中的研修学习现状进行研究,研究发现:尽管教师学习源于外部行政要求所驱使,但解决实践中问题是教师学习的重要诉求;教师对学习内容的需求呈现差异性与个性化;教师学习缺乏元认知策略;教师对他人的经验学习借鉴不足;教师学习需要情感支持,情感支持影响教师行为转变等。鉴于此,从教师终身学习视角,提出支持教师学习与发展的有效策略与建议。 Workshop based hybrid training has become an important way to promote teachers' learning and professional development.What's the current situation of teachers' learning in workshops?In this paper,381 teachers of 56 workshops as the research object,through investigation,interview and questionnaire study data analysis and empirical research methods,research on teachers' workshop training learning research found that although the teacher learning from external administrative demand driven,but to solve the problem in practice is an important demand of teachers' learning;teachers need to learn the contents of differences and individuality;lack of Metacognitive Strategies of teacher learning;teachers lack of learning from the experience of others;teacher learning need emotional support,emotional support influence teachers' behavior change.In view of this,from the perspective of teachers' lifelong learning,put forward effective suggestions and strategies to support teachers' learning and development.
