摘要
对大学生情绪干预是高校心理健康教育工作的重要内容。本研究筛选50名大学生作为被试,分为实验组(25人)和对照组(25人),利用合作开发的虚拟现实心理放松训练系统(VRPsyRIS)对实验组进行干预,每周2次干预,实验共进行4周。比较两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)前后得分差异。研究表明,实验组的情绪改善显著,对照组情绪无明显改善。虚拟现实心理放松训练技术可以作为大学生心理干预的可选手段。
Emotional Intervention of college students is an important part of mental health education in colleges and universities.This study bases on50 college students selected and tested as samples and divides them into experimental group(25 persons)and control group(25 persons)with the guidance of self-researched and developed virtual reality psychological relaxation intervention system(VRPsyRIS).The experimental group is intervened twice a week,four weeks in total.After comparing the scores of former self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)with the later,it shows that experimental groups students have striking improvement in their emotion while control group receive no significant improvement.Therefore,here comes the conclusion that virtual reality of psychological relaxation intervention can be promoted as an available technique to intervene college student's emotion.
