摘要 《专业标准》等系列中小学校长培训政策文件,蕴含着"校长专业"、培训理念、培训体系、项目体系、课程建设直至培训教学模式等逐次专业化的逻辑次序,这种以专业化为主线的政策思想,规范和指导着培训机构的专业化建设,但是,对于培训事业的专业化来说,还缺失着高等教育体系中的培训学科和专业建制,这是保持培训事业可持续发展的根本。培训事业专业化,正在路上,需要努力,有所作为。 A series of policy papers on school principals training such as Professional Standards embodies the logic order of specialization from "principal as profession",training ideas,training system,program system,and curriculum construction to training teaching mode.This policy idea that keep the specialization as the mainline regulates and guides the professional construction of the training institution.However,as for the specialization of training,there is still no training discipline and program development in the higher educational system,which is fundamental to maintain the sustainable development of training.The specialization of the training is still progressing,and entails more efforts to make a difference.
