摘要 预防接触网主回路电气接触环节故障是保障电气化铁路及高铁运营安全的重要举措,通过监测接触网主回路电气节点的温度状态是最直接有效的预防方式。针对目前接触网主回路电气节点温度状态尚无在线实时监测的问题,开发了基于4G网络通信的接触网主回路电气节点过热在线监测系统。通过4G网络通信技术和温感监测技术,温度监测终端准确采集主回路电气节点温度数据,传输至后台系统,经后台系统系统数据处理,进行提前预警、即时报警,发现电气主回路温度异常点,确定电气连接状态及设备缺陷等动作。为灵活、合理制定检修计划内容提供数据依据,保障接触网主回路安全运行的同时提高接触网天窗检修作业智能化水平和作业效率。 The grounding wire is the key link in the safety operation of the power outage maintenance of the contact net- work. Determination of the reliable grounding of the grounding wire depends on testing and judging whether the grounding wire is reliably connected with the contact wire and the grounding electrode. In view of inadequate testing research on the real- time performance of the acquisition device and on detection of the grounding electrode' s status in the grounding wire manage- ment system, this paper designs a monitoring device for the grounding wire for the catenary maintenance operation based on 4G data communication. Adopting a high-performance 32-bit ARM processor, the device can not only monitor the hanging and earthing point and the grounding state, but also comprehen- sively monitor the hanging and earthing positions and states of the grounding wire with the assistance of cameras and GPS posi- tioning modules. Fmlhermore, the fourth-generation communi- cation technology is used to realize the real-time upload of the hanging, earthing and grounding states and positions of the grounding wire as well as the hanging and earthing image infor- mation. In this way, management staffs for scheduling and main- tenance operations can timely monitor specific situations of hang- ing and earthing of the ground wires in the field operation, effec-tively preventing the occurrence of safety accidents such as miss- ing hanging and error hanging of the grounding wire as well as energization with the grounding wire, etc. playing an important role in safeguarding the safety of the maintenance personnel.
