摘要
为保证电能质量综合评估方法在实际应用方面的准确效果,在现有层次分析法的基础上引入了三角模糊数概念,用以设定与电能质量相关的指标权重。基于各项指标非线性特点,有必要对各项电能质量指标量化处理以明确指标间的差异。同时,构建指标与目标类型的决策、无量纲的相对优属度以及进行离差最大化权重值。利用加权的原始监测数据,以得到多个观测点电能质量等级评分值和对总体电能质量的评估。进一步,通过一个实例分析,证明了该方法的准确有效性。
In order to ensure the accurate effect of the com- prehensive evaluation method of power quality in the practical application, the concept of triangular fuzzy number is added to the existing analytic hierarchy process to set the weight of the in- dex related to the power quality. Based on the non-linear charac- teristics of the indicators, it is necessary to quantify the power quality indicators to clarify the differences between indicators. At the same time, the indicators and target type decision-mak- ing, dimensionless relative superiority and the deviation of the maximum weight value are constructed. The weighted original monitoring data is used to obtain multiple observation points of the power quality rating score and the overall assessment of the power quality. Furthermore, through an example analysis, it is proved that the method is accurate and effective, which shows that the scheme can be used as reference for the relevant staff.
