粉丝团信息化电子群在非小细胞肺癌患者中的护理价值

Significance of fans club information in nursing care of patients with non small cell lung cancer

目的探讨"粉丝"团信息化电子群在非小细胞肺癌患者中的护理价值。方法选取2016年1月至2017年1月间山东省青岛市胶州中心医院收治的86例非小细胞肺癌患者,按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。观察组患者在常规教育的基础上将患者加进"粉丝"团电子群中,对照组患者行医院常规的健康教育,干预护理6个月后观察并记录两组患者对疾病的认知率、治疗依从率、焦虑抑郁情况、生活质量、复诊率及总体满意度。结果干预护理后,观察组患者对疾病的认知率为90.7%,对照组患者为62.8%,两组组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗依从率为95.4%,对照组患者为69.8%,两组组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者焦虑和抑郁得分均低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者复诊率为100.0%,高于对照组的79.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者总体满意度为93.0%,高于对照组的74.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 "粉丝"团信息化电子群可提高非小细胞肺癌患者对疾病的认知率、治疗依从率、复诊率、生活质量和总体满意度,并且能够减轻患者的焦虑抑郁状况。

Objective To explore the significance of fans club information in nursing care of patients with non small cell lung cancer. Methods From January 2016 to January 2017,86 patients with non-small cell lung cancer（ NSCLC） treated at Jiaozhou Central Hospital were selected and were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group using a random number table with 43 patients each.The experimental group was included into＂fans＂club besides routine health education and the control group received routine health education. At six months after the nursing intervention. The rates of cognition of diseases,treatment compliance,anxiety and depression,quality of life,further consultation rate and overall satisfaction were observed and recorded. Results The cognition of diseases rate was 90. 7% for the experimental group and 69. 8% for the control group（ P 0. 05）. The rate of treatment compliance was 95. 4%for the experimental group and 69. 8% for the control group（ P 0. 05）. The scores of anxiety and depression were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group（ P 0. 05）. There were statistically significant differences in quality of life between the two groups（ P 0. 05）. The rate of re-consultation was 100. 0% for the observation group and 79. 1% for the control group（ P 0. 05）. The overall satisfaction rate was 93. 0% for the observation group and 74. 4% for the control group（ P 0. 05）.Conclusion The ＂fans＂club information has an important value in nursing care of patients with non-small cell lung cancer,which can improve the patients＇ cognition of the diseases,treatment compliance,readmission rate,quality of life and overall satisfaction and can alleviate the anxiety and depression status.
