中医“营卫和谐理论”与老年疾病发生的相关性研究

Study of the relationship between “Construction-defense harmony theory” in traditional Chinese medicine and senile disease occurrence

探析"营卫"及"营卫和谐理论"的中医含义,阐释"营卫失谐"类老年疾病及其临床辨治,认为"营卫失谐"与"老年不寐""老年半身汗出""老年荨麻疹或皮肤瘙痒症""老年更年期综合征""老年缺血性中风"等老年常见病、多发病均有密切联系,并提出"调和营卫"为主的治疗思路,以助于调整机体的免疫机制,增强老年人的抗病能力、保护内在脏腑经络的功能免受外界病原体的感染,强调恢复"营卫和谐"是预防和治疗此类疾病的有效途径。

The paper analyzes the meaning in traditional Chinese medicine of nutrient-defense and the theory of construction-defense harmony,elucidates the senile diseases of "construction-defense disharmony" and their clinical syndrome differentiation.TCM thinks "construction-defense disharmony" is closely associated with many common diseases and frequently encountered diseases in old people,such as "senile insomnia","senile hemihidrosis","elderly urticaria or pruritus","elderly menopausal syndrome","elderly ischemic stroke" and so on,and the proposal for the treatment thought of "regulate nutrient and defense" can help to adjust the body＇s immune mechanism,to strengthen the disease resistance of old people and to protect the internal viscera and channels function from the infection of external pathogens.Emphasizing the restoration "construction-defense harmony" is an effective way to prevent and treat such diseases.
