针刺肓俞穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症

Acupuncture at Huangshu points in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

目的观察针刺肓俞穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法选取30例均表现为腰痛伴左下肢麻痛的腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,以疗效为观察指标,采用针刺肓俞穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症,观察针刺后的临床疗效。结果 30例患者经治疗后其有效率达96.6%,治愈率76.6%,治疗前后疗效有显著性差异,腰腿痛基本消失,能恢复正常工作和生活,治疗后有明显改善。结论针刺肓俞穴提高了腰椎间盘突出症患者的治愈率,改善了患者的临床症状,并有效地控制了复发率,且依从性好、安全系数高。针刺肓俞穴缓解腰痛是机体内发生的一个从外周到中枢各级水平相互作用的结果,其机制将随着细胞水平及基因水平研究的深入而不断完善。

Objectives To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at Huangshu points in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods Thirty patients with lumbar disc herniation who presented with low back pain and left lower extremity numbness were selected as study objects.The therapeutic effect was taken as the observation index.The acupuncture at Huangshu points was used to treat lumbar disc herniation,and the clinical efficacy after acupuncture was observed.Results The effective rate of the 30 patients after treatment was 96.6%,the cure rate was 76.6%.There was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment.The lumbago and leg pain disappeared basically,which restored the normal work and life after treatment.Conclusion Acupuncture at Huangshu points can improve the cure rate of patients with lumbar disc herniation,improve the clinical symptoms of patients and effectively control the relapse rate,and the compliance is good and the safety factor is high.Acupuncture Huangshu points to alleviate low back pain is a body occurs from the peripheral to the central level of the results of the interaction at all levels,the mechanism will be with the cell level and genetic level of research and continuous improvement.
