慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期中医治疗研究进展

Research progress of TCM treatment on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的综述近年来中医药治疗AECOPD的研究进展。方法对近年来中医药治疗AECOPD的相关临床文献进行总结分析。结果在中医理论指导下,认为AECOPD归属中医"肺胀"范畴,根据中医辨证论治理论,对AECOPD进行辨证分型,并辨证运用各种中医疗法治疗AECOPD均获得显著的疗效,具有较好的理论指导及临床借鉴。结论中医对AECOPD有较为全面的认识,中医药在防治AECOPD领域可有效地改善患者的临床症状,提高临床疗效。

Objective The paper reviews the progress of TCM treatment acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in recent years.Methods The clinical literatures on the treatment of AECOPD in Chinese medicine in recent years were summarized and analyzed.Results Under the guidance of TCM theory,it was consider that AECOPD is attributable to traditional Chinese medicine "lung swelling" category.According to the theory of TCM syndrome differentiation,and the using of various TCM treatments of AECOPD were obtained significant curative effect,which has a good theoretical guidance and clinical reference.Conclusion The TCM has overall recognition to AECOPD,the prevention and treatment of TCM to AECOPD can effectively improve the patient＇s symptoms and the clinical curative effect.
