摘要 针对粉煤灰受潮容易板结成块和粒径不均的特性,将筛选、烘干、研磨、搅拌等工序进行合理集成与创新,研制一种粉煤灰筛选除湿设备,有利于粉煤灰物料的添加,便于对粉煤灰筛选过滤,提高了粉煤灰的处理效率,保证了粉煤灰粒径的均衡,提高粉煤灰加工产品的质量,提高了对粉煤灰的热风烘干效果,使粉煤灰不易粘接成块。 Fly ash is easy to be affected with damp and hardened into pieces and uneven grain size characteristics. For screening, drying, grinding, mixing process carries on the reasonable integration it innovation, it developed a kind of fly ash filter dehumidification equipment, which is beneficial to adding fly ash material, easy to fly ash filter filter, improving the processing efiqciency of the fly ash. It could ensure the balance of the particle size of fly ash and improve the quality of fly ash processing products. It also improves the effect of the hot air drying of fly ash, which can makes fly ash not easy to glue into pieces.
