摘要
在总结已有的BIM技术施工阶段应用价值的基础上,以某商住一体化项目为背景,选择当下技术应用比较成熟的鲁班BIM软件在该项目的施工阶段进行实践应用。通过工程建模,提前完成图纸会审工作;通过碰撞检查,实现了管线布置综合优化和墙体预留孔洞的精确定位;通过交互式平台,实现了质量监管的高效运转;通过大数据功能,实现精细化管理。
In construction stage summary of the existing BIM technology application value, on the basis of taking a residential and commercial integration project as the background, the present technology which is more mature called Luban BIM software is applied in the project construction phase. Through the engineering modeling, the review drawing work is completed in advance; Through collision check, the comprehensive pipeline layout optimization and precise localization of wall reserved holes is carried out; Through the interactive platform, the efficient operation of the quality supervision is achived; Through the large data function, delicacy management is achieved.
