金银花药浴对手足口病患儿细胞因子水平的影响及作用机制

Effect of Flos Lonicerae medicated bath on cytokines in children with hand-foot-mouth disease and its mechanism

目的探讨金银花药浴对手足口病患儿细胞因子水平的影响以及药理作用机制,为未来手足口病的治疗提供新思路。方法选取深圳市龙华区中心医院儿科2015年9月至2017年3月收治的手足口病患儿80例作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为常规治疗组及金银花药浴治疗组,各40例,选取同期于深圳市龙华区中心医院儿科接受健康体检的40例儿童作为健康对照组。对比三组入院时及两组患儿接受治疗后的细胞因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)及干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)]水平,对比两组患儿各临床症状改善情况及临床疗效。结果入院时,金银花药浴组及常规治疗组患儿血清IFN-γ、IL-6、IL-10水平均高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗5 d后,金银花药浴组患儿的IFN-γ、IL-6、IL-10水平均低于常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过治疗,金银花药浴组患儿退热时间、口腔黏膜疱疹消失时间、皮疹消失时间、溃疡消失时间均较常规治疗组短,治疗有效率高于常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手足口病患儿在给予常规西药治疗基础上联合实施金银花药浴治疗,利用减轻患儿机体炎症反应,各临床症状得到更好更快改善,治疗效果显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of Flos Lonicerae medicated bath on cytokines in children with hand-foot-mouth disease （HFMD） and its pharmacological mechanism, and to provide new ideas for suture treatment of HFMD.Methods 80 children with HFMD in the department of pediatrics of Longhua district central hospital of Shenzhen from November 2015 to November 2017 were selected,and they were divided into routine treatment group and Flos Lonicerae medicated bath group,40 cases in each group.And 40 children with health examination in the department of pediatrics of Longhua district central hospital of Shenzhen were selected as healthy control group. The levels of cytokines [interleukin-6 （IL-6）,interleukin-10 （IL-10）,interferon-γ （IFN-γ）] of three group on admission and two groups after treatment were compared.The improvement of clinical symptoms and efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results On admission,the levels of serum IFN-γ,IL-6,IL-10 in Flos Loniceree medicated bath group and routine treatment group were higher than those in healthy control group （P〈0.05）;After treatment for 5 days,the levels of IFN-γ,IL-6,IL-10 in Floe Lonicerae medicated bath group were lower than those in routine treatment group（P〈0.05）; The fever clearance time,disappearance time of oral mucosal herpes,disappearance time of rash,disappearance time of ulcer in Flos Lonicerae medicated bath group were shorter than those in routine treatment group, and the effective rate was higher than routine treatment group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Flos Lonicerae medicated bath combined with western medicine in treatment of HFMD can reduce inflammatory response,quickly improve clinical symptoms and have significant curative effects.
