枯草杆菌在胃溃疡幽门螺杆菌阳性患者中辅助治疗效果及对药物不良反应影响

Therapeutic effect of Bacillus subtilis on Helicobacter pylori-positive patients with gastric ulcer and its effect on adverse drug reactions

目的探讨胃溃疡幽门螺杆菌阳性患者中运用枯草杆菌辅助治疗的临床疗效及对药物不良反应影响。方法收集2014年2月-2017年2月我院消化内科门诊及住院经治的90例胃溃疡幽门螺杆菌患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,按治疗方法不同分为对照组和联合组,各45例,对照组单独予以四联疗法治疗,联合组在此基础上联合枯草杆菌治疗,疗程为4W,对比分析两组疗效及相关临床指标和药物不良反应情况。结果联合组愈显率、总有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗4W后症状积分、胃溃疡大小均较治疗前明显改善,经组内成组t检验(P<0.05);联合组改善程度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组总药物不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论枯草杆菌可以有效应用于四联疗法治疗胃溃疡幽门螺杆菌阳性患者的辅助治疗中,其疗效显著,且能减少药物不良反应现象,安全性高。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Bacillus subtilis adjuvant therapy in patients with Helicobacter pylori positive for gastric ulcer and its effect on adverse drug reactions.Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with Helicobacter pylori gastric ulcer were analyzed retrospectively from February 2014 to February 2017.The patients were divided into control group and combined group according to different treatment Methods.The control group was treated with quadruple therapy alone.The combined group was treated with Bacillus subtilis on the basis of treatment.The course of treatment was 4W,and the curative effect and related clinical indexes and adverse drug reactions were analyzed.Results The effective rate and the total effective rate of the combined group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P 〈0.05）.However,the improvement of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P 〈0.05）.The level of gastric ulcer was significantly higher than that of the control group（P 〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse drug reactions was significantly higher in the combined group than in the control group（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Bacillus subtilis can be effectively used in the quadruple therapy in the treatment of gastric ulcer Helicobacter pylori-positive patients with adjuvant therapy,the effect is significant,and it can reduce the adverse drug reactions,so it is safe.
