摘要
目的探讨丙泊酚复合盐酸纳布啡用于无痛胃镜麻醉的临床疗效及其不良反应发生情况。方法将2014年10月-2016年10月期间入住我院择期接受无痛胃镜检查的90例患者按照奇偶数字法均分为对照组与观察组,各为45例。对照组采用丙泊酚复合地佐辛注射液麻醉方案,观察组采用丙泊酚复合盐酸纳布啡麻醉方案。比较两组麻醉效果及不良反应发生率。结果 (1)T1、T2、T3时,两组患者DBP、SBP、HR以及Sp O2水平均分别显著低于同组T0时(P<0.05),且在这3个时间节点时,对照组患者Sp O2水平均分别显著低于观察组(P<0.05);(2)观察组丙泊酚总用量、苏醒时间及VAS评分均分别显著低于对照组(P<0.05);(3)麻醉前后,两组患者MMSE评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05,=0.552);(4)观察组患者麻醉后不良反应总发生率为13.33%(6/45),显著低于对照组的51.11%(23/45)(P<0.01)。结论丙泊酚复合盐酸纳布啡在接受无痛胃镜检查中的应用价值较高,不良反应发生率低,应加以推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of propofol combined with nalbuphine hydrochloride for painless gastroscopy.Methods 90 patients who underwent painless endoscopy from October 2014 to October 2016 were divided into control group and observation group according to odd parity method,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with propofol combined with decozine injection.The observation group was treated with propofol combined with naloxin hydrochloride.The incidence of anesthesia and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results(1)At T1,T2 and T3 time,DBP,SBP,HR and SpO2.levels in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the same group at TO time(P 〈0.05),and at the three time nodes,SpO2 level at the control group were all lower than that at the observation group(P 〈0.05).(2)The total dosage of propofol,awakening time and VAS score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P 〈0.05);(3)Before and after anesthesia,There was no significant difference in MMSE score between the two groups(P〉 0.05,= 0.552).(4)The total incidence of adverse reactions was 13.33%(6/45)in the observation group,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(51.11%(23/45)(P 〈0.01).Conclusion Propofol combined with nalbuphine hydrochloride has a high value in the treatment of painless gastroscopy,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low and it should be promoted.
