新疆三级甲等医院CSSD专科护士现状调查分析

Investigation analysis of CSSD specialist nurse of nurses in three grade A hospitals in Xinjiang

目的了解目前新疆消毒供应中心的专科护士现状及需求情况,为提高新疆各地州医院消毒供应中心的专科护士水平提供参考依据,从而促进新疆地区医院消毒供应专科专业的发展。方法采用问卷调查法,收集2017年新疆各地州22家三级甲等医院消毒供应中心的数据,分析人员情况、专科岗位设置、培训与科研情况。结果 CSSD平均工作人员总数(24.59±17.93)人,其中专科护士人数(1.86±1.96)人;CSSD护士发表论文数较少。结论医院管理者和卫生管理部门应重视CSSD专科护士培育,加强CSSD护士专科培训,建立CSSD专科护士培训基地,提升专科化水平,鼓励科研创新,确保CSSD工作质量与技术进步。

Objective To understand the current situation and demand of nurses in Xinjiang CSSD,and provide a reference for the improvement of CSSD in each prefecture of Xinjiang hospital nurses,so as to promote the development of the Xinjiang area hospital disinfection supply professional.Methods Questionnaires were used to collect data of disinfection supply centers of 22 three grade A hospitals in Xinjiang in 2017.The staff status,post setting,training and research were analyzed.Results The average total number of CSSD staff was（24.59± 17.93）,the number of nurses was（1.86 ± 1.96）;the number of papers published by CSSD nurses are a few.Conclusion The hospital management and health management departments should attach importance to CSSD specialist nurse training,strengthen the training of nurses in CSSD,a CSSD specialist nurse training base,enhance the level of specialization,encourage scientific research and innovation,to ensure the quality of work and technical progress of CSSD
