摘要
研究了几种不同碳链长度的烷基咪唑六氟磷酸盐离子液体作为聚脲润滑脂添加剂的摩擦学行为,采用钢/钢摩擦副在不同条件下进行了摩擦试验,采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X光电子能谱仪(XPS)对其摩擦表面进行了分析。结果表明:烷基咪唑六氟磷酸盐离子液体作为聚脲润滑脂抗磨添加剂具有优异的摩擦磨损性能,其原因是由于离子液体在摩擦过程中与摩擦表面形成了含有磷酸铁、有机氮、氟化铁等成分的保护膜,进而起到了降低摩擦磨损的作用。
The tribological behavior of several alkylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ionic liquids with different carbon chain lengths used as polyurea grease additives was studied.Friction tests were carried out under different conditions with steel/steel friction pairs.The worn surfaces were analyzed by SEM and XPS.The results showed that the alkylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ionic liquids as antiwear additives of polyurea grease have excellent tribological properties.A protective film containing Fe PO4,organic N and Fe F3 was formed on the worn surface during sliding process which contributed to reducing the friction and wear.
