摘要
清净剂作为润滑油添加剂被广泛应用,硫化烷基酚盐是一种广泛用于润滑油中的清净剂,在油品过滤性试验中容易与水生成小颗粒堵塞滤膜。文章介绍了硫化烷基酚盐结构及合成工艺,并对过滤性实验方法和不同碱值硫化烷基酚盐过滤性结果进行了对比,在此基础上讨论了硫化烷基酚盐碱值大小对油品过滤性的影响。
Detergent is a common lubricating oil additive,and alkylphenol sulphide salt is a kind of detergent which is widely used in lubricating oil.Small particles formed by the reaction of alkylphenol sulphide salt with water often clog the filter membrane in oil filtration test.The article introduces the structure and synthetic process of alkylphenol sulphide salt.The filtrability methods and filtrability results of alkylphenol sulphide salts with different base numbers are analyzed.Based on this,the influence of the base number of alkylphenol sulphide salt on filtrability is also discussed.
