浅谈医疗建筑全寿命周期成本管理——以河南省生殖医院为例

Discussion on the life cycle cost management of the medical building——taking Henan Medical Reproductive Hospital as an example

由于医疗建筑的复杂性,医疗建筑建设工程中进行有效的成本管理较为困难。针对该问题,本文引入了全寿命周期成本管理方法进行分析。介绍了全寿命周期成本管理的基本理论和医疗建筑的自身特点,结合两者给出了医疗建筑全寿命周期成本管理的要点,并结合工程实例——河南省生殖医院项目进行了详细阐述。

It is difficult to conduct an effective cost management during the construction of the medical building due to the complicatedly of the building. For solving the related problems, the life cycle cost management method was introduced. The basic theory of the life cycle cost management and the features of the medical building were discussed firstly, and then the key points of the life cycle cost management of medical building were proposed. Finally, the related theory was applied to the project of Henan Medical Reproductive Hospital.
