通过对大连地区既有住区中公有资产功能转变为日间照料中心的调查分析,总结项目改造后的运营使用状况,探讨政府主导下民营企业参与的养老机制运营的可能性。旨在提出适合北方既有住区养老环境品质提升的设计策略。

The purpose of this research is through investigation and analysis the elderly day care centers which constructed through function transform from public assets in Dalian built residential,to summarizing the operational situation after the renovation project and discussing the possibility of private participation pension mechanism of dominated by the government;Aiming to propose a design strategy for the quality improvement of the built residential areas in northern China.
