摘要
本文在对我国广西、云南、湖南西南三省进行文献调研和问卷调查的基础上,对该地区65座砷渣堆场中的42座进行了详细的实地调查和采样分析。针对处在喀斯特地区砷渣堆场周边的土壤地质特征所造成的地下水污染进行了深入分析,得出砷渣处置与否及处置是否规范、所处地区地貌、资金落实和监管状况是造成砷渣堆场周边地下水砷超标的主要原因、客观原因和现实原因。最后,结合污染产生的原因提出了相关的对策建议。
Based on the literature review and questionnaire survey,detailed field investigation and sample analysis on 42 of the65 arsenic residue sites in the three provinces of Guangxi,Yunnan and Hunan was conducted.Considering the soil geological characteristics of karst area,this research analyzes groundwater pollution caused by the arsenic yard,The main reason,objective reason and realistic reason of arsenic in nearby groundwater exceeding the standard is concluded,including accordingly the disposal situation of arsenic residue,the geomorphology of the storage yard,capital implementation and environmental supervision and management.Finally,this paper provides related suggestions.
