百笑灸联合中药治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床疗效观察

The curative effect of Baixiao Moxibustion combined Chinese medicine on pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis

目的探讨百笑灸联合中药治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床疗效。方法将159例脾胃虚寒型肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿随机分为2组。对照组采用常规中药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上配合百笑灸治疗,2周后分析2组临床疗效。结果对照组总有效率80.8%,治疗组总有效率93.8%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);在腹痛症状改善方面,治疗组亦优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前后治疗组最大淋巴结的纵径、横径以及纵横比均减小(P<0.01),纵径以及纵横比与对照组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论百笑灸联合中药治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎临床疗效肯定。

Objective To analyze the effect of Baixiao moxibustion combined Chinese medicine on pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis.Methods 159 children with mesenteric lymphadenitis were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with Chinese mediane,while the treatment group with Chinese mediane combined Baixiao moxibustion.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher（93.8%） than the control group（80.8%）,there was a significant difference between two groups（P〈0.01）.Otherwise,the symptoms in the treatment group significantly alleviated than the control group（P〈0.05）.Both the longitudinaldiameter（L）,the transverse diameter（S）,and the aspect ratio（L/S） of the biggest mesenteric lymph nodes in the treatment group decreased（P〈0.01）.There was significant difference between the two groups in L and L/S（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Baixiao moxibustion combined Chinese medicine has remarkable curative effect in the treatment of pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis.
