Effects of Root Restriction on the Growth of Parthenocissus

摘要 高陡岩质边坡钻孔栽植的爬山虎是在根域限制下生长的,根域限制程度对植物的生长造成一定影响。为研究根域限制程度对钻孔内爬山虎生长的影响程度,设计了直径为5 cm(T_1)、10 cm(T_2)、15 cm(T_3)、20 cm(T_4)四个处理。定期测量根域限制下爬山虎地上生长量、根系生长量、光合作用及植物生理等指标。研究表明:随根域体积的减小,爬山虎的株高、茎粗、叶片数、单株叶面积等均受到抑制;净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2逐渐减小,蒸腾速率增加;叶绿素荧光参数逐渐减小;丙二醛含量逐渐增大;POD活性先增后降。T_3与T_4相比各指标差异不大,但远大于T_1、T_2,表明T_3对应的15 cm孔径应用于钻孔栽植爬山虎较为合理。 The Parthenocissus on the steep and rocky slope grows under the root restriction, and the restriction of the root zone has a certain influence on the growth of the plant. 5 cm (T1), 10 cm (T2), 15 cm (T3) and 20 cm (T4) treatments were designed to study the influence degree of the root restriction on the growth of the mountain ditch in the borehole. The aboveground growth, root growth, photosynthesis and plant physiology of Parthenocissus were measured on a regular basis. The results showed that the plant height, diameter, leaf number and leaf area per plant were inhibited by the decrease of root restriction, the photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, intercellular CO2 decreased, and the transpiration rate increased; the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters decreased gradually; the content of malondialdehyde increased gradually; POD activity increased first and then decreased. There was little difference between T3 and T4, but the difference was much larger than T1 and T2, indicating that the corresponding 15 cm diameter hole applied to the drilling of Parthenociss us was more reasonable.
