老年高血压患者晨峰血压特征浅析

A Brief Analysis：Characteristics of Morning Blood Pressure Surge in Elderly Hypertension

目的探讨老年高血压患者晨峰血压特征。方法收集遂宁市第三人民医院2016—2017年收治的高血压患者167例作为观察组，依据是否存在血压晨峰将观察组分为晨峰亚组94例和非晨峰亚组73例；另选同期进行体检的老年健康人群54例作为对照组。比较不同组别患者晨峰血压特征。结果观察组非杓型血压者占59．3％，对照组占20．4％，差异有统计学意义（X2=24．71，P〈0．05）。亚组分析显示，晨峰亚组非杓型血压者占66．0％，非晨峰亚组非杓型血压者占50．7％，差异有统计学意义（X2=3．97，P〈0.05）。此外，两亚组非杓型血压者比例差异有统计学意义（X2=6．83，P〈0．05）。结论高血压患者非杓型血压波动比例高于正常人，而其血压晨峰发生情况也与血压波动类型有关。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of morning blood pressure surge in elderly hypertension.Methods We collected 167 hypertension patients in The Third Renmin Hospital from 2016 to 2017 as study group.According to morning blood pressure surge,all patients were divided to morning surge subgroup（n=94）and non-morning surge subgroup（n=73）.A total of e 54 healthy elderly undergoing medical examination were selected as control group.The characteristics of morning blood pressure surge were compared between two groups.Results The non-dipper hypertension patients accounts for 59,3% in study group,and 20.4% in control group（X2=24.71,P〈0.05）.The subgroup analysis suggested that non-dipper hypertension patients accounts for 66.0% in morning surge subgroup,and 50.7% in non-morning surge subgroup（X2=3.97,P〈0.05）.The non-dipper hypertension proportion was significantly different between two subgroups（X2=6.83,P〈0.05）.Conclusion The fluctuation of non-dipper pressure in hypertension is significantly higher than the normals,and morning blood pressure surge occurrence was associated with blood pressure fluctuation type.
