儿童难治性肺炎支原体肺炎94例诊疗分析

Diagnosis and Treatment of Refractory Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia in 94 Children

目的比较注射用乳糖酸阿奇霉素与注射用乳糖酸红霉素治疗儿童难治性肺炎支原体肺炎(RMPP)的临床疗效及不良反应。方法回顾性分析2011年1月—2016年12月间诊断为RMPP的94例患儿的临床资料进行归纳总结,将患儿依不同用药方案分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予注射用乳糖酸阿奇霉素针治疗,对照组给予注射用乳糖酸红霉素针治疗。两组在治疗过程中加用注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠,联合β-内酰胺类抗生素,同时加强呼吸道管理。观察两组患儿的临床疗效及不良反应的发生率。结果治疗组临床疗效较对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不良反应发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但不良反应多较轻。结论针对RMPP使用注射用乳糖酸阿奇霉素或注射用乳糖酸红霉素,临床疗效无明显差异。二者均是治疗RMPP的基本、有效药物。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and side effects of Azithromycin Lactobionate for Injection and Erythromycin Lactobionate for Injection in the treatment of refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia（RMPP）in children.Methods Retrospective analysis of 94 cases of RMPP from January,2011 to December,2016 were summarized.According to the different regimens,they were divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group received Azithromycin Lactobionate for Injection,and the control group received acupuncture treatment of Erythromycin Lactobionate for Injection.Treatment group received Methylprednisolone Sodium Succinate for Injection combined with beta lactam antibiotics,while strengthened the management of respiratory tract.The clinical efficacy and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were observed.Results There is no significant difference in clinical efficacy of the treatment group compared with the control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions is statistically significant（P〈0.05）.But the adverse reactions are milder.Conclusion There is no significant difference in clinical efficacy between Azithromycin Lactobionate for Injection and Erythromycin Lactobionate for Injection for RMPP.The two are the basic and effective drugs for the treatment of RMPP.
