摘要
目的:对毛细管黏度计法测定微晶纤维素聚合度的测量不确定度进行评估。方法:建立数学模型,根据JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度的评定与表示》对测量结果的各不确定度来源进行分析和评估。结果:使用黏度计法测量MCC聚合度的不确定度主要来自于特性黏度的测定及重复性。其结果可以表示为224.0±0.6(k=2)。结论 :毛细管黏度计法测定聚合度的测量中,可通过优化特性黏度的测量方式减小不确定度的值。
Objective: To evaluate the uncertainty of polymerization degree of microcrystalline cellulose determined by capillary viscometry. Methods: With establishment of the mathematical model, the main sources of the uncertainty resulted from the determination process were calculated and discussed by the method of JJF1059. 1-2012 Evaluation and expression of uncertainty in measurement. Results: The major uncertainty sources were from measurement of intrinsic viscosity and the test repeatability. The results could be expressed as 224. 0±0.6 (k = 2). Conclusion: The uncertainty of polymerization degree determined by capillary viscometry can be reduced by optimization of the intrinsic viscometry measurement.
