摘要
探讨一个为期8周的课外教育课程的影响以及体育锻炼活动对城市中学女生体育活动的态度及体形态度的影响.25名年龄在12~14岁之间的女孩(M=12.34岁,SD=2.1)被随机分为两组:第一组实验组干预和安排体育活动;第二组体育活动组仅安排体育活动.第一组增加了对她们有吸引力的体育内容,并且降低了对体重不满和渴望身材苗条的分数.数据分析结果显示,该课程对改善城市中学女生的体育活动情况和身体形象的态度有显著性作用.
The purpose of study is to examine the effect of an 8-week after-school educational curriculum,and physical activity program on urban adolescent middle school girls' attitudes toward physical activity and body image.Twenty-five girls ranging in age from 12 to 14 years(M = 12.34 years,SD = 2.1)were randomly placed into two groups:(1)intervention and physical activity,(2)physical activity only.The group increased their attraction to physical activity and lowered scores in weight dissatisfaction and desire to be slim compared to the physical activity only group.Based on the data,the curriculum is effective in improving attitudes about physical activity and body image among urban adolescent girls.
