大学生志愿服务:困境及其破解——基于“大爱台州”志愿服务项目的思考

The Volunteer Service of College Students: Predicaments and the Solutions——Based on Thinking on the Volunteer Service Project of “Big Love to Taizhou”

大学生志愿服务需践行"奉献、友爱、互助、进步"的志愿者精神,但现实其开展中存在着"项目化"缺乏、"功利化"倾向、"专业化"不够、"社会化"障碍现实困境。要破解这些困境,进而提升大学生志愿服务工作的有效性,大学生志愿服务工作就需要关注青年学生的基本诉求,强化实践育人,助推社会治理,强化主流意识认同。"大爱台州"志愿服务项目提供了一个提升大学生志愿服务有效性的可资借鉴的案例。

The volunteer service of college students lies in practicing the volunteer spirit of devotion,fraternity,assistance and progress,but practical predicaments are seen from the lack of projects,the tread of utilitarianism,inadequate professionalization and barriers of socialization.In order to overcome these predicaments and then raise the efficiency in the volunteer service of college students,this kind of service is required to pay close attention to basic appears of young students,strengthen the education through practice,promote social governance and increase the degree of acceptance to the main-stream ideology.The volunteer service project of "Big Love to Taizhou" provides a case for reference for promoting the efficiency of volunteer service of college students.
