志愿服务支持型组织发展模式的实证研究

Empirical Research on the Development Patterns of the Supportive Organizations in Volunteer Service

志愿服务支持型组织是我国志愿服务实践发展到一定阶段后出现的产物,对于优化志愿服务组织格局、构建完善的志愿服务组织体系发挥着举足轻重的作用。研究以产生背景、组织形式、支持功能、资金来源、组织运行等核心要素及其内在逻辑和相互关系为分析框架和影响因子,通过对北京、广州、贵州等省市支持型组织的实地调查,发现我国支持型组织存在三种典型的发展模式:政府主导型、民间(公益)创业型和其他社会力量推进型。这三种模式的可持续发展既离不开政府创新管理的支持,也需要支持型组织不断增强自身的社会公信力和自主发展能力。

The supportive organization of volunteer service is an outcome of practical development of volunteer service at a certain stage in our country and plays a critical role in optimizing the organizing structure,constructing impeccable organizing system of volunteer service.This research regards the core factors of backgrounds,organizing pattern,supportive function,fund resource and organization operation,and the internal logic and interrelations as analytical framework and impact factors,and conducting field surveys of supportive organizations in some cities and provinces as Beijing,Guangzhou and Guizhou,finds that there are following three typical developing patterns for the supportive organizations in our country----government-led model,private entrepreneurship type（nonprofit）and promotion pattern of other social forces.The sustainable development of the above three patterns can hardly do without the support of government＇ innovative administration,and also requires the supportive organizations to keep strengthening their social credibility and self-development ability.
