摘要
BIM技术为装配式建筑施工所应用的主要技术,具有可视化程度高,模拟性强的优势。针对装配式建筑及BIM技术的特点,以某工程为例,从深化设计、场地布置、碰撞检测、节点施工及施工流程仿真等方面,对BIM技术在施工中的应用方法进行了探讨。以期能达到提高技术应用水平,提高建筑施工质量的目的。
BIM technology is the main technology used in assembly building construction, which has the advantages of high visualization and strong simulation. This paper first introduces the characteristics of the assembly architecture and the BIM technology. Based on this, taking a project as an example, the application methods of BIM technology in construction are discussed from aspects of deepening design, site layout, collision detection, node construction and construction process simulation. In order to achieve the purpose of improving the application level of technology and improving the quality of construction.
