在建筑工程施工过程中建筑功能加固改造技术是重要组成部分,获得国内外的广泛关注,也成为现今诸多学者的探讨的热门话题,在目前建筑工程市场中建筑功能加固技术的应用与发展均具有广阔的前景。从既有房屋加固改造设计的重要性出发,对既有房屋钢筋混凝土建筑结构的加固修复方法进行论述,并简要论述加固改造过程中施工技术要求,以期为既有房屋钢筋混凝土建筑结构加固设计提出理论性参考依据。

The function of architecture in the construction process of strengthening technology is an important part of gaining widespread attention at home and abroad, has become a hot topic for discussion nowadays many scholars, in both has broad prospects of application and development of the construction market in building reinforcement technology. Therefore, this article from the existing building renovation design of the importance of strengthening, the existing methods of strengthening and repairing buildings of reinforced concrete structures are discussed, and briefly discusses the requirements of strengthening construction technology in the process of transformation, in order to existing building reinforced concrete structure reinforcement design put forward the theory of reference.
