摘要
我国城市化的发展速度在逐渐加快,建筑设施的种类及数量呈直线上升趋势,导致城市出现用地紧张的状况,为缓解我国土地资源紧缺的现象,建筑设计单位开始对高层建筑的结构方案等重新进行了优化设计,打造出一批又一批功能各异的高层建筑;通过高层建筑的优化设计来减少土地资源的使用量,降低各项费用的支出;依据建筑设计总结的经验,进行复合功能高层建筑的标准层设计,确保其设计的科学性,为高层建筑的后续发展做好相应的准备。
The speed of urbanization in China is gradually accelerating. The types and quantities of construction facilities show a linear upward trend, leading to land shortage in urban areas.In order to alleviate the shortage of land resources in our country, architectural design units began to analyze the structure of high-rise buildings programs and other re-optimized design to create a batch after batch of different functions of high-rise buildings ~ through the optimal design of high-rise buildings to reduce the use of land resources and reduce costs ; based on the experience of architectural design, carry out the standard design of high-rise complex with composite functions, ensure the scientific design and make corresponding preparations for the follow-up development of high-rise buildings.
